Happy Memorial Day
The photo is of a very late daffodil in my yard. It is quite pretty. I hope the bulb survives and returns to bloom again and again. I worked like a dog in my yard today. I planted my impatients, planted 24 tomato plants, trimmed ivy from around the patio, raked leaves off the patio and pulled ivy off the side of the garage. While I was working, a military plane of some sort did a very low fly-over for the local Memorial Day Parade. Initially, it scared the bejebbers out of me. That is, until I figured out what was happening. It was so low, I thought it was going down. It was a large, propeller driven plane. Hope you all had a great holiday weekend.
